At Units Online we endeavour to make both planning and ordering a kitchen as simple as possible. It is however important that you read and understand the information below so you understand what you will be getting from our planning and quoting services

•Our site is there for you to use and quote your own kitchen should you wish to do so
•Our team of experienced staff are on hand to help with any questions you might have
•If you would rather we compile a quote for you one of our estimators will work with you to get a quote based on the style colour and content you require
•Based on the information you provide we will produce a quote on your behalf and send it to you to check
•You will be asked to check and confirm the quote is correct and has all of the items you require for your kitchen so please take time to read check and understand what you have been quoted for
•Some of the things to look out for that you will need to confirm will be: Quantities of items such as cornice-pelmets-plinths-panels & any other multiple items / dimensions of units both H-D & W / colours of doors and carcases / special instructions on nonstandard items
•If you are unsure about any item or terminology on your quote please ask one of our team who will help you understand your quote so you can confidently sign it off prior to ordering
•It is very important to understand your quote as Units Online will not accept liability for any errors or omissions once the quote has been confirmed and the order placed so please remember if you are unsure about anything just ask as we are here to help you get the kitchen you want when you want it
